Common questions

What can’t go in the dumpster?
No tires, batteries, paint, chemicals, or appliances with freon. Regular household junk, furniture, construction debris, roofing, and yard waste are all fine. Unsure? Text us a photo.
Will it damage my driveway?
Our haulers place boards under the rails on request — just note it at booking. Dumpsters are placed where you tell us, on your property.
What if I need it longer than 7 days?
$10 per extra day. Text or call and we extend it — no need to re-book.
What if I go over the included weight?
Extra tonnage is $75/ton, straight from the landfill scale receipt. Most household cleanouts stay well under 2 tons. Heavy material (concrete, dirt, shingles) — tell us at booking and we’ll point you to the right size.
Who actually delivers the dumpster?
Pine Belt Dumpsters is a local booking service — deliveries are performed by vetted, insured, independent local haulers from right here in the Pine Belt. You get one number to call and one simple price; we handle the logistics.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation until 24 hours before your delivery window. Inside 24 hours there’s a $75 trip fee if the truck has already rolled. If we ever fail to deliver, you pay nothing — period.
